Every Signature Swirl Skirt is individually handcrafted to your measurements using approximately ten metres of carefully selected fabric, creating the generous fullness and graceful movement that define this signature design.
Each panel is individually crafted and meticulously finished before being brought together to create a skirt that moves with effortless elegance. Every stage is completed with patience and precision, allowing the fabric to fall naturally and develop the beautiful movement that makes the Swirl Skirt so distinctive.
Rather than a perfectly level hem, the Swirl Skirt features a softly flowing edge inspired by the gentle movement of waves. This subtle design detail enhances the natural flow of the garment, allowing it to move beautifully with every step.
Once assembled, every skirt is given time to hang and rest naturally before the final finishing is completed. This important stage allows the fabric to settle, ensuring the movement and drape remain true to the design.
Each handcrafted bias binding is carefully selected to complement your chosen fabric combination, providing a beautifully finished edge while preserving the graceful movement of the skirt.
Inside, a coordinating knee-length circular lining has been thoughtfully designed to move naturally with the outer skirt, providing comfort and coverage without restricting its flow. Every detail, including the placement of seams and finishing, has been carefully considered to ensure the inside of the garment feels as smooth and comfortable as the outside is beautiful.

Choosing Your Waistband
The waistband is one of the defining features of every skirt and one of the most important decisions you'll make when personalising your garment. More than simply holding your skirt in place, it has been designed to provide exceptional comfort, versatility and timeless style.
Our signature cotton-elastane waistband is proudly made in Australia using organic cotton.
The fabric used for our signature waistband is the result of many years spent searching for a material that offered the balance of comfort, flexibility and performance we believed this design deserved.
The join between the waistband and the skirt has been thoughtfully designed to sit comfortably where your natural waist transitions to your hips, creating a flattering silhouette while allowing the waistband to be styled in a variety of ways.
The waistband may be worn at its full height for a beautifully defined silhouette, gently ruched for a softer, more relaxed look, or folded over to create a lower profile. It can also be worn beneath or over your favourite top, allowing you to style your skirt in a way that feels uniquely yours.

As each garment is individually handcrafted, your waistband selection cannot be altered once full payment has been received and cleared and your garment has entered our creation queue.

Your fabric selection plays an important part in creating the unique character of your Swirl Skirt.
Every fabric has been carefully selected for more than its colour or pattern. The fabrics used for the Swirl Skirt have been chosen because they provide the beautiful balance between structure and movement that allows the skirt to hold its graceful shape while flowing naturally with every step.
Rather than being overly soft and flowing or heavy and rigid, each fabric has been chosen to complement the design, allowing the Swirl Skirt to move exactly as it was intended.

Your Signature Swirl Skirt may be created entirely from one fabric, or personalised with two coordinating fabrics, or brought to life through a combination of three fabrics. The choice is entirely yours, allowing you to create a fabric combination that reflects your individual style.
When you're ready, return to the Personalise Your Signature Swirl Skirt page, where you'll be asked to enter your chosen Fabric Codes, together with your preferred waistband colour and 100% mulberry silk lining colour, before submitting your enquiry.
As many Signature Swirl fabrics are available in limited quantities, we recommend keeping one or two alternative Fabric Codes in mind while exploring the collection.
How Your Personalisation Begins
Every garment begins with your initial selections.
Simply choose your preferred fabrics, note their Fabric Codes and select your preferred waistband and lining colours before submitting your enquiry.
Once we receive your selections, we'll prepare and send your Welcome Pack.
Your Welcome Pack includes:
a Welcome Letter;
a Measurement Guide; and
your Personalisation Form.
Your Personalisation Form will include your initial fabric and colour selections, together with the information we'll need from you to complete your order.
When you receive your Welcome Pack, take your time reviewing the information and completing your form.
There is no pressure to make immediate decisions – we encourage you to consider your choices carefully.
When you're completely happy with the information you've provided, simply sign and email your completed Personalisation Form back to us.
Once we receive your completed form, we'll prepare and issue your invoice.
Once full payment of your invoice has been received and cleared, your selected fabrics will be reserved and your garment will enter our creation queue.
