Every garment is individually handcrafted to order using your selected design, fabric choices and measurements.

As each garment is created by hand, minor variations are a natural part of the craftsmanship and contribute to the individuality of every piece.

All garments are subject to fabric availability.

Many Signature Swirl fabrics are available in limited quantities. While every effort is made to keep our website current, fabric availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received and cleared into our account.

Selected fabrics are not reserved upon submission of a request or during the Welcome Pack stage. Until full payment has been received, all fabrics remain available and may be selected by other customers.

Upon receipt and clearance of full payment, your selected fabrics will be reserved exclusively for your garment.

If a selected fabric becomes unavailable before it has been reserved, we will personally assist you in selecting a suitable alternative. Should you decide not to proceed with an alternative fabric, a full refund will be provided to the same bank account from which the original payment was received.

If, despite our careful inspection and preparation process, an unforeseen issue with your selected fabric prevents us from completing your garment to the standard expected of Designs by Uriel, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives.

Should no mutually acceptable solution be reached, a full refund will be provided only to the same bank account from which the original payment was received.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive a Welcome Pack containing your measurement guide, garment information, postage preferences and the Personalisation Form for your chosen garment.

Please take the time to carefully review your Welcome Pack and complete the Personalisation Form in full before returning it to us.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements using the guidance supplied within the Welcome Pack.

Every garment is individually handcrafted to the measurements provided on the Personalisation Form.

We are unable to accept responsibility for garments that do not fit due to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

The Welcome Pack is provided to confirm your selected fabrics, garment details and measurements before your personalised invoice is prepared.

Please take the time to carefully review all information and complete the Personalisation Form in full before returning it to us.

Minor amendments may be requested at this stage. Once your personalised invoice has been prepared, further changes may not be possible and may require a revised quotation or a new order.

By returning your completed Personalisation Form and proceeding with full payment, you confirm that:

• your fabric selections are correct;

• your measurements are accurate;

• you have reviewed and approved your garment details;

• you understand the creation process outlined on our website; and

• you accept these Terms & Conditions.

Every garment is individually quoted based on the information provided.

Your personalised invoice will be prepared once your completed Personalisation Form has been received and reviewed.

Invoices remain valid for seven (7) days, unless otherwise stated.

Receipt of full payment confirms acceptance of your personalised quotation, reserves your selected fabrics, secures your garment's place within our atelier and marks the beginning of your garment's creation journey.

From this point, your garment enters our creation queue and, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law or as otherwise provided for within these Terms & Conditions, payments become non-refundable.

Every creation is individually handcrafted and allowed the time it deserves.

Garments are handcrafted in the order full payment is received and cleared, ensuring every creation receives the same care, attention and craftsmanship.

Estimated completion times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on workload, material availability and seasonal demand.

Requests may be withdrawn at any time before full payment has been received.

Once full payment has been received and cleared, your selected fabrics will be reserved and your garment will enter our creation queue.

As every garment is individually handcrafted to your selected fabrics and measurements, cancellations and refunds are not available after this stage, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law or as otherwise provided for within these Terms & Conditions.

We make every effort to present our fabrics as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear differently on individual screens and devices.

Minor variations in fabric tone, print placement and texture are natural characteristics of textile production and are not considered faults.

Pattern placement may vary from garment to garment and is part of the handcrafted nature of each creation.

We accept a limited number of garment orders at any one time to ensure every creation receives the care and attention it deserves.

Our creation queue is carefully managed around approximately three months of forward capacity. Once this allocation has been reached, new garment requests will be temporarily paused until space becomes available.

During these periods, customers may subscribe to receive updates when the creation queue reopens, including news of new fabric selections as they become available.

Every garment is individually handcrafted using carefully selected fabrics and materials.

To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your garment, we recommend following the care instructions provided.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect laundering, ironing, dry cleaning, improper storage, accidental damage or normal wear and tear after your garment has been received.

We cannot accept responsibility for the fit, construction or performance of any garment that has been altered, repaired or modified by anyone other than ourselves.

While every effort is made to complete your garment within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control - including supplier shortages, postal disruptions, illness, natural disasters or other unforeseen events - may affect completion times.

Should this occur, we will keep you informed and provide an updated estimated completion date as soon as reasonably possible.

All garment designs, Designs by Uriel photographs, written content, logos, artwork and other original material displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Designs by Uriel unless otherwise stated.

Client testimonials and client-supplied photographs remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission.

Content belonging to Designs by Uriel may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used without prior written permission.

As every garment is individually handcrafted to your selected fabrics and measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your garment is found to have a major fault that is not the result of incorrect measurements supplied by you, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the garment supplied, except where otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the purchase of our handcrafted garments shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
